Τhe revolution of 3Rs

(Reduce – Reuse – Recycle)

The 5th and 6th classes of Stavraki Primary School of Ioannina participate from 20 to 28 November 2021 in the European Waste Reduction Week (EWWR) http://ewwr.eu/ and in the framework of the European SALL program (School As Living Labs ) https://www.schoolofthefuture.eu/sall, undertook to organize an information campaign for all students of the school with the aim of reducing waste (reuse), reuse and creating a sorting corner / recycle in each class.

They also prepare the “Decalogue of the Sensitized Student” with suggestions on how to reduce waste at school by students and teachers and the management of the school unit, thus contributing to the creation of an open and sustainable school.

Our goal is to expand the information and awareness campaign in the family and friendly environment of students with the aim of influencing the local community in an effort to reduce waste and protect the environment.

Οι Ε΄ και Στ΄ τάξεις του Δημοτικού Σχολείου Σταυρακίου Ιωαννίνων συμμετέχουν από 20 ως 28 Νοεμβρίου 2021 στην Ευρωπαϊκή Εβδομάδα για τη Μείωση των Απορριμμάτων (EWWR) http://ewwr.eu/  και στο πλαίσιο του ευρωπαϊκού προγράμματος SALL (School As Living Labs) https://www.schoolofthefuture.eu/sall , ανέλαβαν να οργανώσουν μια καμπάνια ενημέρωσης για όλους τους μαθητές και τις μαθήτριες του σχολείου με στόχο την μείωση των απορριμμάτων (reduce), την επανάχρησή τους (reuse) και τη δημιουργία γωνιάς διαλογής/ανακύκλωσης (recycle) σε κάθε τάξη.

Επίσης ετοιμάζουν τον «δεκάλογο του ευαισθητοποιημένου μαθητή» με προτάσεις για τον τρόπο μείωσης των απορριμμάτων στο σχολείο από τους μαθητές και τις μαθήτριες αλλά και τους εκπαιδευτικούς και τη διεύθυνση της σχολικής μονάδας, συμβάλλοντας έτσι στη δημιουργία ενός ανοιχτού και αειφόρου σχολείου.

Σκοπός μας είναι η καμπάνια ενημέρωσης και ευαισθητοποίησης να επεκταθεί και στο οικογενειακό και φιλικό περιβάλλον των μαθητών/μαθητριών με στόχο να επηρεάσουμε και την τοπική κοινωνία σε μια προσπάθεια μείωσης των απορριμμάτων και προστασίας του περιβάλλοντος.
