ACR+ in cooperation with Zero Waste Europe and Zero Waste France, is organising a conference aiming at discussing the transformation of the EU into a Low Carbon Economy and more specifically promoting low-carbon solutions to waste/material resources issues. After two examples from European regional and local authorities engaged towards a low carbon economy, a panel debate gathering representatives of the European Commission and ngos will deal with the question of the transformation of the EU into a low carbon economy.
