A Escola do Seixo vai dinamizar o lanche sustentável com todos os seus alunos, de modo a evitar a produção de resíduos desnecessários. A escola tem cerca de 50 alunos na educação pré-escolar e cerca de 100 alunos no 1.º ciclo.
