Description:

Zero Waste Dunbar are supporting a local SE called the Ridge to pilot the reuse and recycling of food waste captured from their cafe as well as the local Coop and Tesco.

Zero Waste Dunbar has funded a freezer, dehydrator and 10 Wormeries.

All diverted from landfill food weights are being recorded.
