A partnership event between Lochaber Environmental Group, local CCF funded project Sustainable Spean and the Rural Education Complex. Class will be led by Kate Campbell from the Ariundle Centre who will show participants how to make a 3 course meal from local, seasonal produce with minimal food waste.
This event is free and open to the public.
