The School Eco Committee is running an Eco Action Week – theme Love Food Hate Waste.
We are delivering 3 whole school assemblies on this them and aim to get all of the community to make a plate pledge – this is one behaviour change they will make in order to reduce food waste. They write this on a plate pledge which we have created, and will be displayed in the Dining Hall.
We are also collecting food for a food bank for a Homeless Charity called First Start.
Audience is whole community of 600 people.
