The Birkirkara Local Council has created a mailing list for its residents, local offices and enterprises. During this week e-mails will be sent to encourage recycling, reducing packaging and other forms of organic recycling. Wasteserv Malta is helping us with flyers and posters which are distributed via this list.
We also using other means of social media such as facebook and the Council website.
