Our business is to sell detergents by weight. People are encouraged to bring their own recepticles and refill the bottles with detergent. In order to enhance this philosophy we plan to introduce a bonus system so that people who choose to switch from the conventional purchases to a refill system will get double points on their card for the EWWR week. In addition a radio campaign will be made in order to communicate the benefits of refilling the detergent which is brings both financial and environmental benefits.
