This is modelled under the idea of the gift box, with the difference of employees will be given the opportunity to bring unwanted items from their homes onto site for others to take away and repurpose for their use. The concept being this is the 3R’s application at home, hoping for swapping to take place outside work as well (breaking the mould of disposal).
