Des animateurs formés et autonomes vont à la rencontre des clients des enseignes d’ameublement pour faire visionner un film en 360° via des casques de réalité virtuelle sur le devenir des meubles usagés. Lanimateur remettra à la fin de lanimation un leaflet et répondra à toutes les questions.
