Food Waste Prevention theme: the launch of our Food Waste Prevention series of mini cooking programmes with delicious recipes pepared with practical food waste prevention tips and tricks. This is part of the TriFocal London ( www.trifocal.eu.com ) project, and constitutes part of the social media campaign from Dublin as a replication city. The series will be released video by video throughout EWWR.
