Le Gaspillage alimentaire, c’est 8% du poids de nos poubelles !
Cela représente 1,3 milliards de tonnes par an dans le monde, c’est-à-dire 1/3 des aliments produits pour la consommation humaine.
En France, c’est 10 millions de tonnes par an qui partent à la poubelle, soit non consommés, soit en restes de table. Et cela a un coût !
