Household Recycling Centres promotions using normative messaging promoting the “SORT” message which advises householders to segregate their waste before recycling at the local household recycling centres, in order to improve the quality and quantity of the dedicated waste streams and remove recyclables from the general waste containers.

Including direct customer engagement, leaflet provision and promotional banners.
