As a subject we promote the use of fresh herbs throughout cooking. For this reason we decided to make a herb garden in our Food Labs to be put on the windowsills in order to make them look more attractive and in so doing we will be promoting sustainability. The herb garden will make use of recycled pots made from plastic bottles, which will be decorated by Home Economics students themselves.
