Description:
Pendant la SERD, le restaurant agit dans la lutte contre le gaspillage alimentaire en sensibilisant ses clients et en adaptant ses pratiques.
Promotion du “Gourmet Bag” auprès des clients (affiches, chevalets, autocollants). Mise à disposition pour les clients de livrets “Cuisiner sans gaspiller”.
