3M Recycling Awareness Action

• WHAT will be done

Description:

  1. 3M Virtual Awareness Event on Recycling to raise awareness to 70 employees of 3M Hellas.
  2. All employees were given a reusable bottle for coffee or/and water,  and 2 reusable bags for shopping to reduce use of plastic. They are encouraged to buy their take away coffee from the cafeterias in their reusable cups that have their name on, and avoid usage of plastic bags to put their grocery in. Instead they will use the reusable ones.
  3. Awareness speech on “Invisible waste” from EOAN.
  4. Waste sorting and recycling is an ongoing activity in 3M premises. We have recycle bins in each floor and employees are encouraged to use them daily with plastic, paper, batteries and other recyclable material.
  5. Clean up action took place at the beach of Schinias (corporate responsibility)
