External plastic re-use:

All clean plastics which are originating from clean room operations like:

• Reject plastic from molding and pipe and sheet extrusion
• Reject plastic from Changeover procedure
• Shrink Film from wrapped boxes
• Production plastic bags
• Plastic granules material bags.

Are going to be sent to a company that recycle and reuse these materials.

 

Internal plastic re-use

We recycle our own plastic scraps produced from molding and extrusion.

Scraps, are first crushed into small granules and then mixed with virgin material to be reused in the process.

 

Empty chemical bottles re-use

Empty glass chemical bottles are stored at a designated area, then collected by our chemicals supplier and then re-used.
