The protection of seas and coastlines is a national priority. PAGEV is the Turkey, Middle East and Africa Director of the Happy Fish project implemented for this purpose. The project begins at the end of the fishing season, and uses specially-equipped trawlers that do not harm fish to collect surface litter and help to reduce the quantity of litter washing up on Europe’s shores.
