In our municipality many people still do not sort properly their domestic waste and much more awareness is needed. Specifically for the EWWR, we decided to promote again street actions at two Municipal Markets entrances, where many people pass by. Our action is very simple, we will offer eco-bags with 3 colors for sorting waste at home, and will pose simple questions like “which kind of waste would you put here?” and explain what to do, if needed. We will also offer magnetic items that explain how to sort correctly. These materials are made available by Amarsul, a company that manages waste generated at regional level.
