During this scholastic year we have taken measures to reduce paper in our daily activities.

• We have created an online form for the application of special leave by members of staff.  So no paperwork is involved here. This has been used successfully since the beginning of the scholastic year in September.
• We created an online form for the application of stationery and other resources for use in classrooms.  Teachers now use the online form whenever they require any resources.  This has also been in use since the beginning of the scholastic year.
• A Microsoft TEAMS for parents has been created where all circulars and important information is uploaded to avoid sending circulars as hard copies.  This includes an online calendar which is updated weekly to avoid having to send notes for every activity that takes place.
• During Waste Reduction Week we will launch an online form for parents to give their consent for outings.  In this way we do not need to send a printed consent form everytime the students are going out of school.
• During Waste Reduction Week, a special assembly for all the children in the school will take place to raise awareness about the reduction of paper at source.  This will also be shared with parents.
