Old textile source separation and collection bins will be installed by EAST – WEST in Eleftherias Square where citizens are welcome to bring old clothes, shoes and old textiles, in general, of little or no use to them. Source separation actions and activities promoting reuse and repurposing of old textiles will be presented in place by EAST – WEST personnel, and the active involvement of the citizens will be encouraged. Source separated textiles of good quality will be donated to special groups of citizens in need and the rest of the collected materials will be delivered to appropriate recycling plants.
