Launch of RIA (Recycling Information Assistant)

Description:
Derry City and Strabane District Council will be officially launching a virtual Recycling Information Assistant whose name is RIA, a Chatbot. RIA is here to help answer your waste and recycling queries
The ChatBot will be available on the recycling section of our website to give information to local residents on a range of recycling services in real time improving connectivity with users.
We ran a competition in the summer to help give the ChatBot a name. The name RIA (recycling information assistant) won by a majority vote from an online poll.
