On the 24th and the 27th of November, the Eastern Regional Council with the help of the Richmond Foundation will be hosting a pop-up thrift event during Black Friday and Cyber Monday to promote the purchasing of secon-hand ites as opposed to first-hand fast fashion clothing items.
