We use the EWWR to re-think all the internal processes, to enhance waste reduction and better waste differentiation by the employee and to provide some interesting events for our guests.

• Re-usable glass bottles in the rooms for all guests
• Avoidance of plastic packaging for food purchasing
• Menu printed on small sheet or accessible via QR-Code
• Information for personnel in every department for waste reduction and waste differentiation
• Upcycling workshop
• Recycling workshop for children
• Communication about the actions prior to arrival and during check-in (avoidance of printed information material at check-in)
• Complete zero-waste breakfast
• Box for ideas
• Workshop for plastic avoidance
• Eco-market with local handicraft
• CleanUp action for employees
