12 of the 27 partners of the european project FOODRUS are organising one or more FOODRUS Days. These 13 FOODRUS Days will vary from showcasing the results of the projects to a wide varierty of actors, to running workshops aiming to show solutions to reduce food waste. The actions will take place in several European countries: Belgium, Denmark, Greece, Hungary, Slovakia, Spain, and Bulgaria. In addition, there will be one online event organised by the University of Copenhagen to discuss food upcycling and the mazimisation of biomass use.
