With the “molecular sweets” workshop we encourage children to be sustainable thinking about packaging, waste and we propose solutions. There will be children made edible sugar candies in the workshop packets made of natural polymers. Met will be a new type of bioplastic that is
completely natural and possible also eat, with which we build in the direction a future without environmentally harmful plastics.
Children will add natural dyes and flavors to biopolymers and packed sweet and honey delicacies in them. They will also experience magic
of molecular cuisine and packed balls with drinks or you made sweet or sour candies.
