Eko-Skola students organised an Olive picking week where students from the whole school were invited to pick the olives from the olive trees found in the school garden. These were taken to an olive press to produce oil. Junior school students were asked to donate to the school empty glass jars of different sizes. The jars were rigorously cleaned and sterilised. The oil produced was divided into these smaller jars and sold within the school community. The students were also invited to create a logo for the jars. Designs were created on recycled paper.
