Bank of Valletta is giving all its employees an extra day leave to dedicate to voluntary work towards the social or green pillar. Several of these initiatives undertaken involved cleaning of beaches and other public spaces, with NGOs like Zibel and Coast is Clear. Between April and Oct of this year, 97 employees participated in clean-ups contributing 848 hours of voluntary work.
