The Environmental Education and Outreach Team at Belfast City Council are working with 6 of our community centres to trial a clean-up kit onsite. When a community group requests kit for a clean-up activity normally the request it from our team who arrange delivery. On select occasions groups need kit with very short notice and it isn’t always possible to get them what they need. By having a small kit on site at 6 locations in the community, these emergency clean ups can be accommodated. This will run on a trial basis for 12 months.
