For this year’s EWWR, our school will be producing an e-book as part of a pilot project about Financial Literacy where students have to come up with new recipes with leftover food.  This way they would learn that throwing away food is equivalent to throwing away money; they would become more familiar with more budgeting strategy since this exercise would help them to critically think and analyse what is happening with the food-waste issue.   Ideas from the entire school population will be accepted, compiled and then this e-book would be disseminated throughout the school’s media.
