On Tuesday, November 19, 2024, the event “DIY Compost at Home!” will be held at the Environmental Training and Innovation Center. Citizens and Ecological Life Movement Association will participate in the event. Environmental activist Meziyet Avcı will be the narrator. The concept of compost, compost bucket making and Bokashi compost will be explained at the event. It will be shown how we can turn any bucket in our homes into a compost bucket. Also, the importance of compost will be explained to the citizens. We aim to raise awareness of citizens about the environmental, economic and social impacts of food waste.
