“Don’t Pour, Store, Recycle” /Food Waste Reduction Workshops

Description:

Climate Change and Zero Waste Directorate will be organized an outdoor event that will be in front of the Çankaya Municipality Building. The hours of 10:00-12:00, the workshops will be held. Due to these workshops, stands will be set up.

10:00-12: 00 At the stands, there will be awareness activities about reducing food waste and food storage methods.

10:30-11:30 Creative Food Usage Workshop will be held.

11:00-12:00 Making a compost workshop by kitchen waste.

Target Group of the Action: Kitchen professionals, households, enterprises, The food sector, people who engage in agricultural activities in urban areas
