A group of experts and students will take a trip to the Afyon Sucuk Museum to learn about the Turkish fermented sausage food. Sucuk is a delicious, high-protein food developed with techniques to preserve meat for a long time. Sucuk is a famous food of Afyonkarahisar, so managing and efficiently utilizing the food waste generated during production is very important.
