In order to draw students' attention to how much food we throw away every day, Kurtna school is organizing a food waste weighing event for the second time. Each class weighs the food thrown away in school lunches during one week. The class that threw away the least amount of food gets a prize. Weighing of discarded food is facilitated by teachers who explain how each student is responsible for food waste and the creation of food waste.
