Step 1: Data Collection – The EkoSkola group will partner with a local supermarket to collect data on food waste and determine which foods are most frequently wasted and why.

Step 2: Analysis of Data – The EkoSkola group will analyse the collected data.

Step 3: Creating Recipe Cards – Based on the collected data, the EkoSkola group will create recipes that utilise produce that usually goes to waste.

Step 4: Cooking – The EkoSkola group will follow these recipes to cook different meals. This process is filmed.

Step 5: Sharing Results – The results and recipes are shared with the school community and with the local supermarket.
