Two teams of students from the Profitecla professional school will be formed and will have a food basket to prepare a recipe for everyone present for a limited time – the food will be supplied by a retail entity based on its products at the end of the deadline. At the end, each team must present the cooking method and the garbage bag with the entire amount of “waste” produced. The team with the least waste will win the challenge.
