Pesées et atelier cuisine anti-gaspi
• WHAT will be done
Description:
La CCSB ira faire des pesées le lundi 18/11 et le mardi 19/11 au Centre Hospitalier Buëch Durance, afin de quantifier et de qualifier le gaspillage alimentaire sur la structure et trouver des pistes de réduction. Les agents de l’hôpital continueront les pesées en autonomie sur le reste de la semaine.
Le mardi après-midi, un atelier “cuisine anti-gaspi” sera proposé aux agents et aux patients de la structure.
