Promoting sustainability and circular economy, we are repurposing the grape pomace obtained during wine production. Grape pomace covers the 20 percent of the total input while constitutes the 70 percent of healthy, bioactive components. Through our innovative approach, we plan to get multifunctional, rich in antioxidant grape pomace extract which can be used as a natural and clean ingredient in cosmetics and functional food industry.
