For this year’s European Week for Waste Reduction (EWWR), our school is taking action to support sustainability and encourage creativity through our materials collection project! We are gathering items that can be reused or recycled, like cardboard, plastic containers, toilet paper rolls, and other materials that might typically be thrown away. These collected materials will be transformed into art supplies for creative crafts, eco-friendly projects, and hands-on learning activities across our classes. By involving students in the collection process, we’re helping them understand the value of reusing materials and promoting an environmentally responsible mindset.
