The Council is going to distribute a number tote bags to Ħal Balzan residents (on a first-come-first-served basis). These bags will have the Council’s emblem printed on one side and some tips on how to reduce food waste printed on the other side. This tote bag can be used as a way to promote reusable shopping bags instead of plastic ones.
