This activity will see students setting up a stand in the core of Rabat and distribute tasting samples of a hearty meal that they prepare from food surplus. The raw ingredients will be on display together with the recipe, with the intent to inspire people to act towards food conservation.

This strategy is intended to target people of all ages and backgrounds in the hope of raising awareness and educating them towards a no food waste approach.
