Food waste generates food poverty. It is ironic that a great share of people are starving in the same world where thousands of tons of food is going to waste. Our ethos strives to instil values of altruism from the onset. Thus, students will be helping ‘Kċina ta’ Marta’, the soup kitchen that has been at the forefront in feeding people in need.

Students will try to create a recipe intended to feed people in need based on criteria set by ‘Kċina ta’ Marta’. The most fitting recipe will be used by the same NGO to feed the many people in need and participants will get to see the works in process.
