We are proud to announce the active participation of Chef Victor Borg and Chef Jonathan Brincat who will be visiting our school and conducting hands on workshops with our students geared against food waste.

These Chefs, who need no introduction in the food industry are both recipients of the coveted Michelin Star award. They will bring their creativity along with their kitchen tools and show a cohort of our students ways to reduce waste, repurpose food and use ingredients which are often discarded.
