That’s why it’s important to learn about methods and techniques for proper use and storage of surplus food. The aim of the workshop is to raise awareness among people to reduce the amount of food waste, to prepare meals themselves as often as possible, and to use high-quality, wholesome ingredients from local producers when cooking.
