Our Green Team got creative with pumpkins this year – and found a way to make every part of them useful! Here’s what we did:

• Pumpkin Carving Party: First, we had a blast carving pumpkins! Everyone got creative, turning their pumpkins into spooky, funny, or downright artistic designs.
• Pumpkin Treats: We didn’t let any of the insides go to waste! The pumpkin flesh was turned into tasty pumpkin cakes that we shared in the office – they were a hit!
• Roasted Seeds: We roasted the pumpkin seeds for a delicious, crunchy snack. Perfect for a mid-day energy boost!
• Giving Back to Nature: Instead of tossing the pumpkin shells, we brought them to Vincent’s Eco Estate, an organic farm here in Malta. They’ll be used as natural fertilizer to help support local reforestation efforts.
