In collaboration with a local TV channel in Chania, a culinary program will be conducted with the objective of promoting the upcycling of leftover food into new recipes. A local chef will demonstrate innovative techniques for reusing residual food components, proposing nutritionally valuable and palatable dishes.

The primary aim of this initiative is to enhance public awareness regarding optimal food waste management practices and the environmental and socioeconomic benefits of minimizing food waste generation.
