WORKSHOP: JUICES WITHOUT WASTE

Objectives: Waste prevention through the use of “ugly fruits” and end-of-life vegetables for the production of natural juices. Use of fruit peels and aromatic herbs to prepare flavored waters.

Main message: Communicate the importance of reusing and making profitable use of end-of-life fruits and vegetables, avoiding waste.

Target Audience: Elementary School Students I (age range 6 – 10 years old)
