Students and all members of the Acibadem University’s family are invited to participate to the Acibadem EWWR Challenge, organized and supervised jointly by the Acibadem ACU Climate Change and Sustainability Club and the ACU Sustainability Commission.

 

The Acibadem EWWR Challenge will focus on collecting cardboard and paper packaging items.

Students and all members of the Acibadem University’s family are cordially invited to bring cardboard and paper packaging items to the EWWR stand that will be open each day of the EWWR. The collected items will be distributed to the vermicomposting unit of Acibadem University.

 

The many purposes of this Acibadem EWWR Challenge are to:

1) valorize on-site packaging wastes,

2) raise awareness of the amounts of generated packaging wastes,

3) communicate on the vermicomposting techniques,

4) initiate a long-lasting packaging waste collection.

 

All collected items will be weighted, and an Acibadem Environment Friend certificate will be awarded to the student having collected and provided the biggest amount of these packaging wastes.
