Atelier “Et si l’on cuisinait zéro déchet ?”
• WHAT will be done
Description:
Il s’agit d’un atelier de cuisine organisé de 17h à 19h et proposant de travailler un légume de saison : le choux, avec pour objectif de produire zéro déchet. Il fera appel aux produits locaux de saison et encouragera le compostage des biodéchets.
Les plats préparés seront in fine emportés par les participants.
