Within the scope of the European Waste Reduction Week and according to circular economy basis, all recyclable materials such as paper, plastic, metal, glass, textile wastes, waste batteries, waste electrical and electronic goods, waste medicines, vegetable waste oils, end-of-life tires will be brought to 1st class waste collection center (at Campus Area of ​​the Çankaya Municipality Directorate of Science Affairs ) in Birlik neighborhood by citizens on 28 November 2021 .  Environmentally friendly notebook made from recycled paper  will be given to visitors. 200 notebooks will be ordered and distributed. On the back cover of the notebook, the phrase “This notebook is produced from recycled material” and the slogan “Bring waste back to life, recycle” will be written.
In addition, brochures will be distributed during the event to introduce waste types,  realize where they can be disposed of and how waste materials are recycled.
